Pricing

All prices are displayed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will not be affected by price changes.

Payment Terms

We offer cash on delivery (COD) payment method. Payment is due upon delivery of your order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if payment cannot be collected.

Delivery terms:

• Standard delivery within Romania: 2-5 business days
• Delivery address must be accurate and complete
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• Delivery attempts: We will make up to 3 delivery attempts

6. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Romanian consumer protection laws and EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

Right of Withdrawal

Return Conditions

• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or if the seal has been broken, due to health and safety regulations governing dietary supplements.
